It is important that you regularly oil the hob, both the surface and the rim, to prevent moisture from getting on the frying surface and into the bowl. The frying plate is made of food grade carbon steel and will corrode if the oil is not baked in, a protective layer. Once the oil is properly baked, only minor corrosion is possible.
When the frying plate is not in use for an extended period of time, we recommend oiling it every 7-10 days to prevent corrosion, be sure to cover it with a lid or cover. Any corrosion can be removed with a steel brush or fine abrasive.
In case of excessive corrosion, we recommend cleaning the surface with a metal drill bit. It is best to preheat the plate, as this will loosen the corrosion layer. After treatment, the surface will be as good as new.
Bowl and the body of the grill-fireplace are covered with a cream-polymer paint, which is applied in several layers.
Absolutely any metal is subject to corrosion in contact with a lot of precipitation. As a manufacturer, we make sure this does not happen. Don't worry if you damage the coating of the bowl or grill fireplace body during use. We recommend painting over the scratches and chips with a special heat resistant silicone enamel. The enamel is available for sale in a convenient aerosol package.
There are no restrictions on the period of use of the grill, the main thing is to follow the instructions for use. Warranty from the manufacturer for the grilling surface - 5 years, for the bowl and body - 1 year.
